Four grape varieties, each contributing something: structure from Grüner Veltliner, softness from Rivaner, breadth from Pinot Blanc and perfume from Muscat.
The result is a wine with noticeable residual sweetness that does exactly what it should alongside pastries and fruit tarts. Not a wine for purists — but one that empties quickly at the table.
