What you cannot see from the road.
The press house and the vaulted cellar come first on the tour. Cool, quiet, and hung with carved barrel heads that have been here a while.
What works behind them dates from 2006: temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, separate areas for white and red. That both belong to the same estate is easier to explain on site than in writing.
